2025 Asset Management – Alternatives – European Real Estate Group - Emerging Talent Programme

The Real Estate Europe group creates value for their clients through selective acquisition and extensive asset management of real property, both existing and under development, in the private equity capital markets.

We are looking for Intern to join our Team in Paris for 6 months internship as a part of current educational program.

Responsibilities:

Execute real estate investments across multiple asset classes in France with a focus on value add and core acquisitions Cash-flow modeling and financial analysis of real estate opportunities Assist in drafting of investment memorandums for both internal investment committee and external client presentations Actively participate in the due diligence process including lease review and analysis of third-party audit reports (technical, environmental, legal, tax, etc.) as well as financing arrangements Conduct market research

Skills & knowledge required:

Minimum 6 months experience (including internships) in the Institutional Real Estate industry (either from an asset manager, investment manager, private equity or investment banking background) Ability to build Real Estate financial models in Excel Strong academic track-record in finance, engineering or real estate Ability to produce clean, concise and impactful PowerPoint presentations Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Strong writing and analytical skills and great attention to detail Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously Languages: French (fluent) and English (fluent)

Skills developed:

Strong analytical skills, high aptitude for numbers Ability to identify trends though numerical analysis Ability to price real estate using ”LBO” and sales comparable methods Strong written communication skills Presentation skills Ability to identify qualitative attributes of an attractive real estate deal (location, location, location / building specific attributes such as floorplate layout, tenant finishes, parking ratios, amenities, etc.)

6 months
