About the Programme

Our Sales graduate programme is global in nature – wherever you’re based, you’ll benefit from the same outstanding training, development, and support. This is a wonderful chance to start learning and growing with us as you work on some exciting and challenging projects. In sales, there are opportunities in exploring new channels for business decisions where you could gain broad exposure to a variety of sales verticals for delivering the right products and services to our customers.

It is a 3-year programme, and the rotational structure of our program provides you with choice which means you’ll be challenged in many ways – all of which will build your confidence, expertise, and experience at pace, giving you the flexibility to eventually take your career in the direction that suits you best.

As a Sales Graduate you...

Have a customer focus mindset; you can put yourself into the shoes of the customer when building offer development and loyalty strategies Are creative and innovative; a ‘big picture’ thinker who thrives on using data insights to drive loyalty and value for our customersAre fulfilled from delivering value to the customer, our internal business, and external customers Are digital savvy and wanting to use technology to enhance our customer experienceEnjoy building strong partnerships and hold the ability to use multiple styles and channels to adapt to the customerA degree in chemistry, engineering or business-related field is preferred.

You’ll have strong organisational skills and the ability to deliver results in a collaborative environment. You’ll be comfortable making courageous and bold decisions, have digital fluency, a keen eye for analytics and the insights they provide.

As a bp graduate, you will have an interest and/or skill in delivering economic value back to a business, identifying solutions and strategies resulting in cost savings and a natural negotiation style. To be eligible for the Sales Graduate Programme you will:

To apply to this role, you will preferably need a 3.2 CGPA and above, or equivalent, in Chemistry, Engineering or Business-related fields.You’ll also need to be in your final year of study or having graduate less than a year.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.  Proficient in Microsoft Excel will be added advantage.  Ability to learn fast, multi-task and self-manage priorities.   Engaging and collaborative way of working. Candidates that can join on 4th August 2025 only will be considered.
