Love your job.** Production Specialists process wafers of different technologies and support the manufacturing operations at either a wafer fab or assembly test site. **Wafer fabs:** In wafer fabs, Production Specialists operate various equipment in performing functions such as aligning, masking, etch and diffusion. **Assembly test sites:** Production Specialists perform specific AT semiconductor manufacturing functions in the production of semiconductor devices. They operate various equipment in performing functions such as test, tap and reel or mark and pack. If you are interested in this position, please apply to this requisition. **Minimum requirements:** + Should not be under the age of 18. + Must fall under any of the following criteria. + 2-year undergrad in any technical course. + Completed secondary education (under new curriculum) under the STEM track or ICT + Completed secondary education (under old curriculum) but with minimum of 1 year of experience in a semiconductor/ automated manufacturing industry/ TESDA assembly servicing. + College graduate/undergrad with non-technical/business course and have not been employed under their related course for the last 2 years and does not have license on their field + Willing to work on shifting schedules include graveyard. **Preferred qualifications:** + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Ability to quickly ramp on new tools and processes + Demonstrated interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills + Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions + Ability to take the initiative and drive for results + Strong time management skills
