They operate various equipment in performing functions such as test, tap and reel or mark and pack. If you are interested in this position, please apply to this requisition. **Minimum requirements:** + Should not be under the age of 18. + Must fall under any of the following criteria. + 2-year undergrad in any technical course. + Completed secondary education (under new curriculum) under the STEM track or ICT + Completed secondary education (under old curriculum) but with minimum of 1 year of experience in a semiconductor/ automated manufacturing industry/ TESDA assembly servicing. + College graduate/undergrad with non-technical/business course and have not been employed under their related course for the last 2 years and does not have license on their field + Willing to work on shifting schedules include graveyard. **Preferred qualifications:** + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Ability to quickly ramp on new tools and processes + Demonstrated interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills + Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions + Ability to take the initiative and drive for results + Strong time management skills
