Requirements · This is a paid internship at one of two plants located in either Fremont, NE or Eagle Grove, IA. · The 10-week program will start the week of June 2nd and wrap up the week of August 10th. · You will be a hands-on team member that will be involved with: o Participate and execute in a summer project of pork qualities and characteristics. o Perform general rounds of FSQA Supervisors. o Working directly with Quality Assurance staff to improve efficiencies throughout the process. o Conduct Investigation “project” focused around Food Safety contaminants. o Presenting findings and evaluations to the Quality Assurance Management.
