As an Associate Financial Analyst at Bell, you can expect to act as a business partner to a program or function, analyze data and provide solutions, and interact with internal and external customers\. Responsibilities may include: * Monitor, analyze and prepare monthly financial data * Serve as part of a team responsible for negotiating, contracting, invoicing, collecting, and ensuring financial management of large portfolio of contracts * Assist with demand forecasting, spares inventory management and pricing, warranties, and more * Analyze financial and program information to control and manage cost and schedule * Develop budgets and forecasts * Support pricing and proposal activity in response to RFPs received from the US government for follow\-on and new business opportunities * Support and prepare quarterly financial program reviews, including explaining financial variances to plan or prior forecast and identifying risk and opportunity items * Implement, maintain, and report on Earned Value Management * Forecast production cost and drive projects to reduce cost * Develop business cases to evaluate program options and future product upgrades * Work collaboratively across Bell functions and sites **Qualifications** **What You Will Need to be Successful** * A Bachelor’s degree or higher with a major in Finance, Accounting, or closely related field * 3\.0 minimum overall, undergraduate GPA strongly preferred * 0\-2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or related field * PC proficiency required in Microsoft Office with a strong emphasis on Excel **What Will Make You Stand Out** * Ability to analyze and interpret program financial data * Strong analytical skills and problem\-solving capability * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interface with management * Ability to operate effectively with limited supervision **Perks of Joining the Team** * Relaxed Dress Code \(“Dress For Your Day” policy\) * Every other Friday or every Friday off, depending on your work location and team * 120 hours of Vacation additional Personal Time Off * Tuition reimbursement of up to $10K each year * Relocation Assistance \(mileage requirement\) * Continuous training and advancement opportunities It’s time to make your mark on the future of aviation\.
