Candidates must be located in Minneapolis or New York or otherwise willing to relocate for the summer. We prefer candidates who are eligible to be hired full-time when the program is over, though not required. A college degree is not required. **INTERNSHIP DATES:** June 2 – August 8 **QUALIFICATIONS:** Fallon is seeking individuals who demonstrate the following traits and skill set with a strong desire to grow throughout their time as an intern. **Traits:** + Passion for creativity + Action Oriented + Proactive + Eager to Learn + Resourceful + Curious + Organized **Skills:** + Engagement + Attention to Detail + Accuracy + Time Management **DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTIONS:** **Account Leadership** - Manages our internal teams and works to become not only a key point of contact for our clients, but also a trusted business partner. Account leaders are charged with setting a vision for their brands and shepherding projects from beginning to end. **Strategy** - Scours every available source of intel (data, business information, cultural context, consumer learning, etc.) to craft target audiences and develop unique insights that serve as kindling to start creative fires. Our strategists are expert storytellers, connoisseurs of culture, anthropologists, and psychologists, all wrapped into one. **Media** - The Fallon media team is responsible for crafting the plans and placements that give creative ideas the right platforms in culture, coming to the table with best-in class media plans that WOW clients creativity and media know-how. These people and plans don’t exist to deliver impressions but to make impressions. They think the best media plans should be a little scary, but the best media people shouldn’t scare easily. They’re best when they’re building as much as they’re buying. And they love data but aren’t in love with data. From a targeted display campaign to high-profile stunts, the media crew handles everything from data-driven audience work to spots and dots executions, to big, attention-grabbing activations. **Creative** – The people, teams, and minds that make the work. They concept ideas for brands and bring them to life through copywriting, visual direction, brand storytelling, and design. They develop channel-specific work with an emphasis on social, TV, emerging media, activations, and that hot new platform that probably came out last week that everyone's talking about. They are heavily tuned into popular culture, always looking for new and creative ways to blur the lines between entertainment and advertising. **Socia** l - The social crew at Fallon keeps their hands in all aspects of social. They build campaign and platform strategies, execute stunts and activations for content, and build always-on programs for consumer bases that support and care about brands. And they do this across the mediums that matter to consumers, including “traditional" social platforms, but also more broadly apps, websites, web3 integrations, and more. They listen to what consumers are saying and identify trends, brand advocates, and emerging platforms to inform advertising, engagement, and content strategy. **SUBMISSION DEADLINE:** Please submit applications NO LATER than March 7th, 2025 by 5:00p CST. Compensation Range: $20/hr. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
