Qualifications

Preferred GPA of 3.2 or above from a strong academic programsPreferred Majors include: Economics, Business, Apparel Merchandising, Supply Chain, Apparel Design, Retail Studies, Marketing, Computer Science, and Operations Management, Finance and AccountingPositive attitude, true team player, drives for results, adaptability, and a continuous learnerAn excitement and interest in the Fashion and Retail industryAbility to problem solve and use innovative and creative ideasGraduation date of Fall 2027 or Spring 2028

Additional Details

Strong applicants will be selected for a phone interview with a member of our recruiting team. Selected candidates will be invited to attend the Freshman Diversity Career Symposium.Belk will provide transportation or reimburse participants for their mileage to Charlotte, NC for the Freshman Diversity Program.Once in Charlotte, we’ll provide hotel accommodation, as well as transportation to events in Charlotte.The Freshman Experience Program will be held during Summer 2024.
