Responsibilities Functional Description: Supply Chain Associate Analyst In this role, you will be called upon to: Develop team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short & long term performance goals Communicate cross-functionally to assist team to solve operational issues Motivate team members to achieve plan goals Organize and facilitate work team meetings (examples: pre-shift, roundtables, etc.) Solve daily operational issues Administer policies and practices Initiate and implement projects Conduct presentations and formal training programs Improve team communication and engagement Think quickly, creatively and challenge team to do the same Assist in the analysis and development of supply chain metrics and business processes Report findings to other team members and management as required Support various components and activities spanning the project management life cycle such as business case analysis, detailed requirements, software design/testing/deployment and issues management Compensation & Benefits: The expected compensation range for this role based on a full-time schedule is $64,600 – $87,000 Role, degree discipline, degree level, and location are part of the process when determining actual starting salary for positions. Compensation for our campus hires is pre-determined and non-negotiable.
