About the team

The Enterprise Data Governance team within the Data Strategy & Solutions group is a highly collaborative, creative, and fast-paced group that is focused on Worldpat maturation of data governance, data privacy-by-design, business and information architecture, and data use through a transparent and efficient framework which all culminates into a true Governed Data Product (GDP). Our GDP framework builds data governance-by-design into the fabric of every data product to ensure all products are compliant, protected, and monitored for risk.

What you’ll own  

This role sits within our two-year Technical Depth program, designed for graduates who are ready to build specialized knowledge in a single field. We’ll support our graduates to build deep, technical expertise and specialized skills within a specific Worldpay function. Alongside on-the-job training, you'll build essential skills to help you thrive as a Worldpayer.

Across three eight-month rotations in Master Data Management(MDM), Data Identification and Deletion (DI&D), and Responsible Use, you'll immerse yourself in technical projects and solve live complex problems with your team. 

This program is perfect for ambitious graduates who want to make a meaningful impact within a global payments business through mastering a skill.

The start date for the program will be in July 2025.

Where you’ll own it 

You’ll own it in our thriving Cincinnati hub. While we’re a large team of Worldpayers based in North America, we have collaborative spaces and regular opportunities to celebrate with each other in person.

Eligibility criteria: 

Bachelor’s degree in a STEM relevant field of studyProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteRelevant work or internship experience is advantageousData Analytics fundamentals
