As a Reliability Engineer at the PM factory, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of equipment and systems. Your role will involve conducting failure analysis, reliability testing, and developing maintenance strategies to reduce equipment failure rates, improve production efficiency, and support the company's safety and economic objectives. You will work collaboratively with multiple departments to drive the company's reliability improvement plans and best practices.

-Master degree, major in Process Equipment and Control Engineering/Mechanical design, manufacturing and automation;
-Good English both writing and speaking.
