Raytheon is looking for a highly motivated College Student for an internship to support the Integrated Mission Systems department. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone with well-developed written and verbal communication skills to begin a career in the aerospace-defense engineering environment supporting state-of-the art technology through development of Logistics products.

What You Will Do

Research specifications and standards to support Logistics and Parts Engineering processesResearch technical, reliability and maintainability data for components using government and commercial sourcesReview and evaluate engineering solutions for internal reviews for parts and logistics impactsReview engineering drawings and technical data for maintenance evaluation and collection of logistic dataSupport Risk Opportunity Review Board (RORB)Support Hardware & Software change documentationCybersecurity (Information Assurance (IA))Input parts data into an Excel Model and/or Logistics databaseAnalyze Technical updates and outputs and develop reportsAssist Logistics product sustainment with ongoing configuration updates Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for 10 weeks during the summer 2025

Qualifications You Must Have

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearanceExperience in Microsoft OfficeThis position is for an intern who is enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program and will be at Sophomore, Junior, Senior or Post Graduate standing level by the start of Summer 2025Must be pursing a Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) major

This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
