**Summary of Internship**
Internship positions provide an opportunity for chemistry, biology, engineering, pharmacy, or related STEM students to get hands-on experience in the Regulatory Affairs function.
**Internship opportunities to build Regulatory Competence in key areas:**
+ Product Development & Registration: Learn the process of developing and registering products in compliance with FDA, EU regulations but also other countries regulations (for example China, Japan, Canada, Taiwan, Sud Korea, Australia) where ThermoFisher clients will expand.
+ Create template for different countries submissions in order to speed up the drafting/reviewing of the CTD sections.
+ Regulatory Framework and Strategy: Get exposure to the overall regulatory framework and strategic considerations for successful product submission and launches.
+ Collaborative Skills: Enhance your collaborative skills by working closely with cross-functional teams and gaining a comprehensive understanding of the organization's response to regulatory decisions.
**Essential Functions:**
+ Become familiar with differen countries regulations regarding the required statements for the site’s manufactured products.
+ Collaborate with team members in production, validation and quality to build robust documentation and understanding of a Quality Management system.
+ Support documentation and change control processes to ensure compliance.
+ Maintain and review Regulatory Documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
+ Give to product registrations and interact with international regulatory bodies.
+ Accept candid feedback and actively seek areas of improvement.
+ Perform specific tasks tailored to your experience level and abilities.
**Qualifications:**
+ Student currently enrolled in classes leading to an accredited bachelor’s degree in a related science, engineering, or life science field.
+ Preferred majors: Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Engineering, Pharmacy, Biochemistry.
+ Strong desire and motivation to develop a career in regulatory affairs.
+ Critical thinker with organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-functional team.
+ Willingness to learn, be mentored, and continuously improve.
+ Effective communication skills to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
+ Previous industrial experience is preferred.
