Analysts have the opportunity to participate in structured classroom training and rotational experiences throughout the financial management organization. During the 10-month program, each Analyst will: learn about banking and financial services through classroom and rotations, gain technical and analytical skills while working alongside finance experts to contribute meaningful work aligned to the assigned rotations. Additionally, participants will complete a variety of intermediate financial and/or business analyses of financial ratios, trend analyses, revenue performance, financial forecasting and profitability projections and expense management. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job.
