Braun Intertec is seeking students pursuing degrees in civil engineering, construction management, or related field; and other interested candidates, to join our Bloomington, Minnesota office for a 6 month opportunity. Participants will have the chance to get hands-on experience in a variety of laboratory testing fields which include; aggregates, soils, bituminous, and concrete testing.

Basic requirements

High School diploma or equivalencyValid driver's license and clean driving record.Must be able to commit to full-time employment for six months; from May to November/DecemberAbility to lift 50 lbs. safely and repetitively“Working safe” attitude and mindsetAbility work independently and effectively communicate both verbally and in writingAptitude to learn and perform required mathematical equations used in laboratory testingWilling to travel up to 25% of the timeAbility to work overtime and weekends as necessary

Preferred requirements

College student working toward civil engineering or construction management degree or related fieldSome related work experience (construction, labor, landscaping, engineering, materials testing etc.)Mechanical aptitude with practical problem solving skills

Please note that the compensation range shared is based on an annual salary.

Compensation Range:

$35,500.00 - $53,500.00
