As a Poland Working Student in our JPMorganChase Warsaw office, you will be offered variety, growth, and a great introduction to a range of projects and tasks, and will have extensive exposure to daily operations of a leading financial institution. The program runs from October 2025 to May 2026 and is designed to provide an eight-months on the job experience and you will be expected to work 20 h/week throughout the entire duration of the program, on-site in Warsaw.
Depending on the department you will join, each role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in different aspects of the financial services industry, with a variety of responsibilities.
Job responsibilities
Provides general administrative support on key departmental day-to-day tasks such as document management, team governance, data maintenance and reportingParticipates in projects from starting point up to completion and provides support to tasks relating to process documentation, automation, and simplificationAssists in coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining databasesSupports day-to-day data governance, compliance, and regulatory programsCollaborates with and supports other team members, including working with international teamsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
