2025 Product Operations MBA Intern, US
**About the Role** Uber is looking for highly motivated students to join our Global Digital Experience (GDX) team as an intern this Summer (12 weeks). GDX focuses on using technology to solve business problems and challenges in the Community Operations space. The intern will work with Agent DX team within GDX who is responsible for building tech solutions for agents and Supervisors. **What You’ll Do** In this role you will be responsible for solving a live business problem relevant globally leveraging Tech. The product developed (new or reuse existing product with enhancements) will be used globally by all markets where Uber operates. Scope involves working with multiple business stakeholders to bring clarity to the problem, draw out current user experiences, industry research and explore potential solutions. Intern also will partner with Product Managers and tech teams to operationalise the solution end to end. **Basic Qualifications** - Currently enrolled as a first-year MBA student, expected to graduate in 2026 - Experience in problem-solving and proposing outstanding solutions to complex issues - Ability to use data to develop insights and measure performance **Preferred Qualifications** - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in product management, product development or product operations - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills across multiple functions and teams -- a natural storyteller and consensus builder - SQL proficiency - Experience with using Tableau, DataStudio and similar visualization tools - Demonstrated success in using data to make customer focused decisions and to facilitate behavior change in support organizations - Experience with process design and optimization, program management, customer support strategies, and / or quality assurance - Ability to work with remote teams and across time zones to develop strategies and foster a cohesive and creative work environment **About the Team** Agent Digital Experience sits within our Global Digital Experience team, the digital service design arm of the global CommOps organization. This team works with various teams in CommOps and Tech to shape the customer support experience across Mobility and Delivery services, globally using technology For Sunnyvale, CA-based roles: The base hourly rate amount for this role is USD$51.00 per hour.
