Apply now to help shape the future of B2B mobility solutions! **What You’ll Do:** - Use data analysis to identify trends and opportunities in sales performance, pipeline management, and revenue growth. - Optimize sales processes and operational workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness. - Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance. - Support forecasting, book of business building, and other projects for the sales operations team. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Strategy&Planning, Finance, and Marketing, to support business growth initiatives - Conduct deep-dive analyses to measure the success of sales strategies and recommend data-backed improvements. **Basic Qualifications:** - Currently enrolled as a first-year MBA student, expected to graduate in 2026 - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience translating data into actionable insights. - Ability to work with large datasets to uncover business trends. - Strong communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Previous experience in sales operations, strategy, consulting, or data analytics. - Experience in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Salesforce Analytics, etc.). - Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with multiple stakeholders. - Strong communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively. - Self-motivated and eager to learn in a dynamic, high-growth setting. **About the Team** The Uber for Business (U4B) team plays a crucial role in driving sales effectiveness, optimizing go-to-market strategies, and ensuring operational efficiency across our B2B business. For New York, NY-based roles: The base hourly rate amount for this role is USD$51.00 per hour. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
