Job Summary

As an Apprentice in the Singapore Apprenticeship Program – Markets (Trading), you will be part of the APAC Equity Syndicate team to assist in the execution of IPOs, follow ons, blocks and convertible issuance. By working in the team, you will build your knowledge in the equity capital markets and work closely with salespeople, traders and equity capital markets professionals.

Job Responsibilities

Provide support on execution of various types of offerings such as IPOs, capital increases and sell downs of shares. Liaise with equity sales, research and trading to discuss sector and stock specific trends and investor feedback.  Interact frequently with our broader ECM and banking teams. Establish and maintain internal databases.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills 

Expected graduation date of April 2025 through May 2025 from Diploma qualification or Diploma Graduates with no more than 2 years of work experience A well-rounded academic background All academic disciplines and majors are welcome  Relevant internship experience and demonstrated leadership in a school or community organization Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Ability to multi-task, work in fast-paced environments and comfortable working in teams to deliver results Strong communication, interpersonal skills and with strong attention to detail  Available to start work in August 2025

This role is intended to be for an initial term of approximately 12 months only, however, subject to business needs, the contract may be extended or converted to permanent employment.

August 2025 – July 2026
