What is the role about?
As a co-op participant at Endress+Hauser, you’ll be fully integrated into our team, tackling real-world challenges and gaining valuable industry insights over a 4-5 month program. Your primary project will focus on supporting the revision of our Belt Program—a structured curriculum covering our core products and services through White, Blue, and Black Belt levels. With a relaunch of the Blue Belt planned for Spring 2025, you’ll play a key role in updating the curriculum to better reflect our business goals and enhance the learner experience, while gaining firsthand exposure to impactful project work.
Which tasks will you perform?
Integrate fully into our team, contributing to projects that drive personal and professional growth. Engage in full-time assignments, gaining hands-on experience. Tackle impactful projects that offer real-world challenges and valuable insights. Collaborate with team members and mentors to develop both technical and soft skills. Participate in professional development opportunities, including LinkedIn certifications and networking. Work autonomously on assigned projects and assignments, receiving regular feedback to support continuous improvement.What do we expect from you?

Pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Certificate in Instructional Design or related fieldYou may have (preferred):
Familiarity with ADDIE model Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies Ability to consider the learner’s experience, identifying potential areas of confusion and determining the need for additional practice Strong sense of attention to detail and creativity; able to think outside of the box Experience with Articulate Rise and/or Storyline Ability to collaborate effectively across functions Strong networking and relationship-building skills A strong enthusiasm for acquiring new knowledge and embracing fresh challenges Exhibit a proactive attitude and a readiness to take ownership for your projectsWhat can you expect from us?
