Applied Materials’ VSU BU Implant is searching for an intern to join our team in Spring 2025! Working in our Quality Group as a product Quality engineering intern; the position will entail the following:

Support processing of defective materialLearning of SAP Integrated Business systemWill have opportunity to visit local suppliers with our Quality teamYou will participate on cross functional teams in solving problemsYou will be exposed to engineering groups and participate in small projectsYou may if time permits tour a Semi-conductor fab
 Co-op dates: Jan 2025 - July 2025On-site at Gloucester, MA location
 

Requirements

Student must be pursuing a bachelor's degree program in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related fieldStudent must be in good academic standing at their universityStudent should have strong interpersonal skills and feel comfortable being inquisitive and asking people questionsOrganization, thirst for problem solving and communication skills a must

Compensation 

$28-32 per hour
 

The rate offered to a selected candidate will be based on a number of factors including location and education level and will vary depending on confirmed job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
