2025 Strategic Data Analysis Intern - Amsterdam
As Strategic Data Analysis Intern in the EMEA Leadership & Talent development Team, you will assist in all data analysis and coordinating tasks around the Talent Management processes and storytelling of talent data. In addition, you will get exposure to projects.  This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for a final year university placement who is interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources or Data Analysis.\n\nMain Tasks:\n\nAssist hotels with sharing their hotel talent data\nCollating hotel talent data of all EMEA management hotels\nCollate all program data from current and past participants, analyse satistaction data, promotion data and other parameters involved in the ROI of programs. \nWork with Excel to create graphs and insights\nWork with PowerBI and create visual dashboards\nAssist with on line development centre exercises together with GMs of hotels. \nBe the contact person for the EMEA Leaderhsip & Talent team for data comparisons and analysis\nBe involved in the gathering of Talent data by all hotels, and data analysis. Ensure critical data about talents stay constantly up to date. \nHelp prepare for Monthly GM Resourcing calls, Regional presentations. \nAnalyses Leadership development and talent data and helps to create infographics\nProduce reports that measures the success of the L&D activities including league tables\nCreates attractive communication in the form of newsletters. \nBe involved in EMEA projects (e.g GM academy, Hilton Chef Inclusion project etc. ). \nJoin EMEA Talent & Leadership team calls \nUtilize tools to lead periodic data evaluation.\nTrack the progress of hotels against all business and talent goals throughout the year and adjust strategy accordingly\nHelp administer E learning & registrations (Hilton University)\nMeasure and analyse feedback received from participants in programs/ Trainings.\nHelp centralize all communication from the Learning Team into a single point of contact to hotels. Update & monitor Talent Management related pages on sharepoint sites and others.  \nProvide suggestions to improve Leadership &Talent Development function.\nAssists with activities related to GTMES or pulse surveys \nCreate and edit videos\nWork with Excel and Power BI, the Learning Management System\n\n

What are we looking for? 

\n\nFirst and foremost, Hilton is a hospitality company, and we are looking for individuals with a strong sense of alignment with our culture and values.\nMust be studying in the Netherlands towards a Bachelor's Degree with an internship as part of your course curriculum.\nMust be fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing).\nMust be available to start in June or July 2025, for a minimum of 10 months (earlier start can be discussed). \n\n
