What you’ll be doing:  Contributes to software development and data reporting work product during all phases of a project with project manager and team including work planning, mobilization, execution, and closeout consistent with established program delivery processes to meet the scope, schedule, budget and other contract requirements.   Contributes to scope of work completion to the satisfaction of the client and key stakeholders, ensuring that quality, budgetary, risk management, business and policy expectations are met under the supervision of a lead developer.  Performs development, testing, debugging, and enhancements of applications based on client requirements under the guidance of a lead developer.    Develops database tier items such as reports, views, queries, and stored procedures with production data sets & systems, and supports leadership in the implementation of user and role-based security for relevant applications and data.   Assists with ongoing support to existing clients, program-specific positioning activities, team arrangements, proposal preparation, creation of mock-ups, software demonstrations, guided user walkthroughs, and contract negotiations consistent with established business development processes.  Estimates effort and blockers for deliverables assigned and communicates often to assist with development prioritization and delivery.   Under the guidance of a lead developer, contributes to the development of ETL processes and procedures for intake of data from both internal and external sources, and data  Collaborates with team and supervisor for work planning, mobilization, execution, and closeout consistent with established program delivery processes to meet the scope, schedule, budget and other contract requirements.   Supports the development, scheduling, and documentation of data operations and tasks, including extraction, movement, loading, archival, security, backup and aggregate table creation.  Assists with creating, maintaining and implementing the source code that makes up developed applications or programs, ensuring compliance of documentation and coding practices with applicable policies and procedures, laws and regulations, and keeps current on compliance-related areas.  Collaborates with supervisor, team and internal stakeholders on new technologies, internal projects, and development & integration tasks involving server & cloud software tools (Intacct, Microsoft Azure, JIRA, Confluence, etc.), or other relevant technology information.   Identifies and resolves potential problems proactively in work produced or the production process that may lead to customer dissatisfaction.  Builds and maintains trusted relationships with clients, team members, managers, and subject matter experts.  We’re looking for someone who has: 

We are currently looking for a summer intern to join the Strategy and Transformation Services in June 2025. 

Have the ability to work 32 hrs/wk, Mon – Thurs, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm  Live in commutable distance to your assigned office    Work in-person at your assigned office    Ability to complete the entire Summer Internship Program starting on June 9, 2025  Required Qualifications  Bachelor’s or Masters of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Systems and Decision Sciences, Accounting, Finance or a related field is required.   0-2 years recent public accounting experience     Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future     Preferred/Desired Qualifications:     150-Date/Final Graduation of December 2024 through September 2025     Strong academic track record (Minimum GPA: 3.0)     Strong MS Excel and MS Word      Strong time management and organizational skills     Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and with a team     Great communication, leadership, and analytical skills   About our Business Advisory Team:
