Department Overview

Fixed Income Capital Markets (FICM) Risk supports the FICM division in managing and mitigating risk in the business. The function leads projects, programs, and processes to support the division, with a focus on providing risk-based solutions.

Seasonal Analyst Job Summary

Under general supervision, the seasonal associate uses knowledge and skills obtained through formal education and/or experience to work on specific projects to support the FICM division in the FICM Risk Management function. The seasonal associate follows established procedures to perform tasks and receives general guidance and direction to perform other work with substantial variety and varied complexity. Some judgment is required to adapt procedures, processes, and techniques to apply to more complex assignments. Routine contact with the FICM Risk team, other functions within FICM, and other departments may be required to exchange basic information.

This is a temporary role.

Work Schedule: Up to 40 hours per week for a limited time, determined by department need.

Start Date: June 2, 2025

End Date: August 8, 2025

Duties and Responsibilities

Conducts a variety of special projects relating to FICM and risk under direction of management or the team.Works independently on assigned projects and tasks, meeting all delivery deadlines.Uses excellent communication skills to keep management apprised of assignment status.Attends meetings as required and takes notes to summarize main points of discussion and takeaways.Operates standard office equipment and uses required software applications.Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of a professional office environment.

Basic concepts, principles, and practices of an assigned business unit.

Skill in –

Thinking critically.Effective writing and attention to detail.Taking ownership of assigned tasks and due dates.Organizing work and tasks.Operating standard office equipment and using, or having the ability to learn, required software applications.Ability to work effectively as part of a virtual/hybrid team.

Ability to –

Problem solve.Think independently.Attend meetings as required.Organize and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Establish and maintain effective working relationships.

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements

Must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a business or risk related major with a graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026.Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.

Location - Hybrid position – St. Petersburg or Memphis office
