\nYou'll work individually—and as part of a team—to build your critical knowledge and skills across a wide array of talent disciplines including visual presentation creation, recruitment marketing content creation (flyers, booklets), talent branding and promotion, and campus recruitment.
\nThe program’s primary objective is to grow future leaders by providing professional development and a series of assignments that aligns with professional interest within the processing and manufacturing industry.

What you’ll do:
\nMarketing/Employment Branding
\n\nSupport our employer branding efforts by creating eye-catching content for us to stand out amongst other companies. This might include content such as flyers, handouts, booklets, and more.\nCreate various materials to support our Intern and Management Trainee Programs. This might include team rosters and both printed and digital resources.\nCreate a variety of PowerPoint presentations for on-campus recruitment classroom and student organization engagements. This might include Butterball overview, our various opportunities, and development training sessions.\nPromote our Talent Programs opportunities in a fun and engaging way that resonates with the present-day college student. This might be in the form of photos, videos, and social media content.\n\nThis is a fantastic way to experience Butterball as a potential employer.

\n\nRequirements/Preferences:
\n\nYou have 0-2 years of professional experience.\nYou're an undergrad working towards a bachelor’s or master’s Degree with a major in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Business Management, Communications, Marketing or a related discipline.\nExperience in Canva or a working knowledge of graphic design (Photoshop).\nStrong PowerPoint skills and ability to create eye catching presentations.\nAbility to think outside the box to bring creative new marketing ideas to the table.\nStrong communication (both oral and written), organization, and customer service skills.\nYou thrive in a fast-paced environment.\nYou are a high energy extrovert who enjoys speaking with and presenting to people at all levels (peers and leadership).\nAbility to travel within North Carolina to support recruiting events.\nYou must have permanent work authorization in the United States.\nYou have a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.\nYou can commit to a 20–25-hour work weeks during the Spring semester, 40 hours during the summer, with potential to extend into the Fall semester and beyond.\n\nEEO Statement:
