Applied Materials’ Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) is searching for an intern to join our team in Summer 2025! CIP is responsible for hardware design and improvements of released products. The position may entail the following:
Create and edit technical documentation.
Assist in soldering and un-soldering components.
Analyze and review power and signal schematic diagrams and create redlines for CAD.
Troubleshoot issues hands-on at the factory and analyze problems along with Senior Engineers.
Use test equipment to gather and analyze data.
Requirements
Student must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Student must be in good academic standing at their university, with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale.
Prior related experience preferred.
Desire to learn.
Quick learner.

Compensation
$29 - $31 per hour
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on a number of factors including location and education level and will vary depending on confirmed job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
