With direct supervision, you will learn and perform the various aspects of the engineering function. + Observing work assignments performed by others and actively participate in hands-on projects and/or special assignments. + Using engineering skills to conduct analysis and modeling, engage in product design, develop and execute testing procedures, and participate in facilities engineering work. + Maintaining communication with program coach/mentor to provide feedback on departmental assignments and program improvements. + Performing other related responsibilities. Qualifications + Being enrolled in a Bachelor’s or advanced degree program in a related engineering field such as: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. + Ability to work effectively in a variety of engineering and manufacturing assignments Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills + Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team member.
