What you can expect from your summer internship at Textron Aviation:
Be prepared for an internship that provides you with meaningful projects, opportunities to learn new skills, and the ability to explore future career fields. This onsite, paid internship will be a commitment of 20 hours per week for the full semester.

Aviation Maintenance: Ensure aircraft are safe and working well by performing regular checks and repairsBusiness Management: Monitor and coordinate various parts of the company to keep operations running smoothly and efficientlyCommunication: Develop content for our different communication channelsCustomer Experience and Events: Ensure customers have a positive experience with our products and servicesData Analytics: Collect, organize, and analyze data to assist in decision makingEngineering: Use science and math to solve problems and create new solutionsFinance: Assist the accounting team with data entry and financial analysisFlight Operations/ Pilot: Support pilots and dispatchers with their tasks and coordinationHuman Resources: Support business hiring, employee relations, and compensationInformation Technology: Develop databases and fix software problemsManufacturing: Read blueprints, work with sheet metal, machinery, and other various toolsMarketing: Run marketing campaigns, create graphic designs, and practice project managementSales: Communicate effectively with customers to sell Textron Aviation productsWhat you need to be successful:
Must be a current high school student who is 16 years oldIf you are graduating in the coming May, you are still eligible to applyFamiliar with navigating website applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Skills such as problem solving, organization, and communication (verbal and written) are helpfulWhy join us?
