What is the opportunity?
Capital Markets HR is looking for a summer student to join our team to assist with the onboarding and employee experience of our incoming Analyst and Associate classes across Capital Markets. This role would work closely with the Global Emerging Talent Team to help improve and develop our processes and programs.
What will you do?
Support the development and execution of onboarding incoming hires including planning, creation, issuance, and new hire communicationsLead on event coordination and executionDevelop and update written material (web content, reports, articles, presentations)Act as a partner to and liaise with HR colleagues and business partnersIdentify opportunities to improve and streamline current processesWhat do you need to succeed?
Must-have
Enrollment at a Canadian post-secondary institutionLeadership acumen and a passion to apply it in a dynamic business environmentExcellent interpersonal and highly developed communication skills (verbal and written)Creative and analytical thinker who is self-driven and capable of working in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work effectively and reliably under pressureComfortable with ambiguity and ability to work independentlyStrong MS Office skills – Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPointStrong presentation skillsNice-to-have
