Engineering services may include cell management, process development, project management, process validation, tool design, and trouble shooting. **How You'll Create Impact** + Conducting feasibility study to estimate product cost and analyze capital equipment, capacity, and capability requirements. + Improving current or introducing new process methods which meet performance and quality requirements. + Executing to project plans and schedules for work activities. + Communicate (written and verbal) with appropriate personnel from other departments. + Maintaining and improving controlled technical documents such as prints, procedures, validations, bill of materials and routers. + Supporting a wide variety of processing applications such as machining, finishing, cleaning, heat treating, etc. + Improving process methods which meet performance and quality requirements. _This is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions and might not necessarily comprise all of the essential functions for purposes of the Americans with Disabilities Act._ **What Makes You Stand Out** + Familiarity with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) + Basic understanding of manufacturing principles + Ability to balance quality, compliance and safety to meet customer requirements + Ability to handle and prioritize multiple medium complexity project assignments and complete work in a timely manner + Problem solving skills aided with the use of quality and statistical tools + Ability to effectively work within a cross-functional team to complete critical project tasks + Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills + Microsoft Office Suite + Self-motivated and able to operate efficiently with little direction **Your Background** + B.S. in engineering being pursued; completed sophomore status or higher **Travel Expectations** None EOE/M/F/Vet/Disability
