The Site PMF plays a critical role in enabling the Swiftwater site to achieve its strategic objectives through the effective delivery of projects. The intern will be immersed in the dynamic environment of our Swiftwater, PA facility for the duration of the summer.

Responsibilities:
The summer intern will gain hands-on experience supporting project and portfolio management activities, including but not limited to:
Project support:
Collaborate with project managers to implement and adhere to project management best practices in alignment with Manufacturing and Supply Vaccines (M&SV) PMF standards.
Assist in the collection, entry, and maintenance of project information (costs, schedule, resources) within the Shine platform.
Contribute to the development and management of resource plans that align with project timelines.
Portfolio support:
Partner with portfolio managers to establish and maintain compliant project management processes throughout the project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, closure).
Assist in the implementation and upkeep of systems and processes for effective portfolio planning.
Ensure adherence to portfolio management best practices as defined by M&SV PMF.
Support the development and maintenance of reporting mechanisms to track project and portfolio status (costs, schedule, resources).
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the site PMF training materials.
Assist in the preparation of monthly Steering Committee presentations.
Basic Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree project management, business administration, engineering or related field with the expectation that you will complete your current degree by the Spring of 2027
Must be enrolled in school the semester following your internship/co-op with Sanofi.
Must be able to relocate to the office location and work 40 hrs./week for the full duration of the internship/co-op
Must have permanent US work authorization
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated interest in project management principles and practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
