If you have a passion for taking a creative approach to developing innovative processes & tools, this is the role for you. **Key Responsibilities:** + The Intern will take care of two projects: + First one will be to develop a Mentoring Online Tool to automate our Mentoring process and facilitate the matches between Mentors and Mentees + Second one, the intern will have the responsibility to partner with our Marketing team to create a DHL Webpage dedicated to recruit college recruits and interns + Benchmarking HR processes to drive ideation and creation + Current and future process mapping + Business requirements gathering, quality assurance and user interface testing + Collaboration with HR professionals, leaders and vendors + Development of communication and instructional resources **Skills and Qualifications:** + Education path for BS/BA in related field + Proficient Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Access, Word) + Understanding of project management methodology preferred but not required + Ability to cull, manipulate, and standardize data and proficiency in one or more of the following:Access(queries and macros),Excel(formulas and macros),SQL(SSRS - data visualizations, SSMS - data modeling, SSIS - ETL management) and/orPower BI _DHL is an equal opportunity employer.
