The Opportunity:
Actively contribute to the advancement of key initiatives within the Enterprise Operations Division by participating in comprehensive process reviews, gathering valuable insights, and conducting thorough situational analyses.
Play a role in supporting internal digital creation and online training requests, ensuring business objectives are met with innovative and effective digital solutions.
Contribute to the onboarding of new Roche employees, support system and training initiatives, and conduct data analysis to help facilitate comprehensive decision-making.
Who you are:
You are currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, STEM, Lifesciences, healthcare and related fields.
Demonstrates excellent written communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Capable of working independently and thriving in a team environment.
Aligns with our culture of Integrity, Courage, and Passion, guiding daily behavior and decisions.
Proficient in Google Suite, data analysis, and possesses strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work with ambiguity.
Additional Information
This position is a 4-month work term (full-time) and will begin in May.
This internship position is located in Mississauga.
Our team follows a hybrid work structure (minimum 3 days per week in the office).
