The Opportunity
Collaborate in a global team environment, appreciating diverse skills, knowledge, and cultures.
Gain an understanding of end-to-end procurement processes, including Sourcing, Category Management, Negotiations, Contracting, and Supplier Relationship Management.
Engage in operational sourcing with a focus on Commercial & Corporate Services, gaining market insights.
Support AI pilot initiatives, helping to optimize procurement processes.
Develop and update content for our internal gSites improving team collaboration.
Who You Are (Required):
You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business or any related field.
You are fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
You have strong analytical skills to collect, interpret, and explain moderately sophisticated data.
You have foundational knowledge and practical capabilities in negotiating and contracting.
You have project management skills to plan, implement, and oversee projects effectively.
Preferred:
You have knowledge of Professional Services, including Marketing, Consultancy, and Corporate Services categories.
You have knowledge of and/or experience with procurement systems and processes.
You possess strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
You align with our culture and values, including Integrity, Courage, and Passion in your daily behavior and decisions.
Additional Information:
Duration 4 months, work term (Full time) and will begin in May, 2025.
Location: Based in Mississauga, Ontario.
Our team follows a hybrid work structure (minimum 3 days in the office).
