**About The Role:**
This internship is designed for current college students, undergraduate or graduate, seeking a career in commercial real estate. Participation in the program is intended to provide a well-rounded yet introductory knowledge of the commercial real estate business as well as valuable skills, earned by working with members of our leadership team in the largest and most successful global commercial real estate services firm.
The internship accelerates your learning and development by providing candidates with a good foundation upon which to build their commercial real estate career. Interns will work closely with our Industrial Leadership team and the various service lines within the platform, e.g. Research, Occupier Business Development, GIS, and Marketing.
The program provides candidates with an outstanding perspective on our coordinated service lines As a program participant, candidates will also participate in learning and development activities designed especially for candidates.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Conduct company, property and industry-specific research
+ Lead and update prospects in an internal tracking database
+ Assist in developing and preparing marketing and presentation materials
+ Track local and regional activity, e.g., economy, employment statistics, company activity, industry trends and demographics that affect local real estate markets
+ Contribute to projects in support of business development
+ Ad hoc projects as needed
**Internship Dates:** June 2, 2025 – July 25, 2025
**Location:** Dallas, TX
*We do not offer relocation assistance or local housing for our internship program.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ This internship is designed for candidates with a strong academic background. Applicants should be self-motivated, creative and focused, seeking to excel in the commercial real estate industry.
+ Current college junior, senior, or graduate level student, graduating in 2025 or 2026
+ Desire to work in the commercial real estate industry
+ Experience with MS Office with intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel
+ Ability to network and interact professionally with internal and external clients in a fast-paced environment
+ Detail-oriented and self-motivated
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Strong written and oral communication skills
+ Ability to work independently and in a team
+ Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
