We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project work related to contract management, vendor relations, and financial analysis within the IT sector. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in finance and technology, with the ability to leverage AI tools for data management and analysis.
Typical assignments will consist of the following:
Project Work
Participate in projects that involve reviewing and managing IT contracts and vendor agreementsContribute to initiatives focused on vendor performance evaluations and relationship managementEngage in projects related to financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost managementData Management
Create and refine data entry forms and templates for contract and vendor managementUtilize AI tools to streamline data collection and analysis processesCollaboration
Work collaboratively with other interns to share insights and support cross-functional projectsInternship Details

Location: Syracuse, NY
Work Environment: Hybrid / Flexible (2 days per week in office)
