This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of training and development within a dynamic and supportive environment. The intern will assist in the design, implementation, and evaluation of New Hire training programs, Curricula Re-design, and will gain valuable insights into the processes that support employee growth and organizational development. Program dates: Monday, June 2 - Friday, August 8, 2025. **Key Responsibilities** Assist in New Hire Training Program Re-development: + Support the creation and updating of training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning content. + Collaborate with team members to develop engaging and effective training program. + Assist in the preparation of onboarding materials. Assist in the oversight of the Summer Internship Program. + Planning and scheduling training sessions and activities. + Connecting interns with professionals and resources within the organization. + Managing resources and materials needed for training. Evaluate Training Effectiveness: + Collect and analyze feedback from training participants. + Assist in the preparation of reports on training outcomes and effectiveness. Research and Innovation: + Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in training and development. + Provide recommendations for new training methods and tools. + Provide recommendations on best practices for curricula development. + Identify issues in training programs and finding effective solutions to improve them. **Qualifications & Experience** **Education:** + **Applicants must attend an accredited university in Puerto Rico or reside in Puerto Rico.** + Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Psychology, Science or a related field. + Seniors graduating in Spring or Summer 2025 are eligible to apply only if they will be continuing their education for the following semester (Fall 2025). **Skills:** + Strong organizational and time management skills. + Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. + Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning software, and other digital tools used in training and development. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Previous experience or coursework in training and development, human resources, or a related field. + Familiarity with e-learning platforms, training software, or learning management systems.
