General Summary:

Main Responsibilities

IMS techniques design and performance analysis, including one or more of: 

* Develop expertise on IMS over Packet Switched transport (IMSoLTE/oNR/oWiFi) 

* Develop expertise on performance characterization of IMS over PS services 

* Drive Operators’ requirement compliance efforts 

* Drive the feature design and support commercialization for new features on-demand

Skills / Experience Required

* Good grasp of radio communication theory are required. 

* Solid understanding of IMS network architecture and IMS over PS transport is required. 

* Knowledge of 4G/5G network architecture, basic understanding of LTE/NR RRC/NAS layer concepts. 

* Familiar with 3GPP/RFC/GSMA specifications related to Multimedia Telephony is preferred. 

* Experience in script, i.e, Python,etc., development is preferred.

* Excellent written and verbal communications skills (in Mandarin and English) are required.

Education Requirements Degree   Major, GPA, Courses

MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering, or equivalent education and experience, is preferred
