Team Overview:
At Royal Caribbean Group, the Corporate Affairs team bridges our business with government and community stakeholders worldwide. We collaborate across all lines of business internally while fostering strong external partnerships to support the company’s goals. Every day brings unique and exciting challenges as we lead initiatives in government relations, public affairs, and community engagement.
Internship Overview:
Research and Analysis: Assist with gathering and analyzing data on government policies, community trends, and public affairs issues to support decision-making. Project Management: Help with cross-functional projects and tracking of KPIs, milestones, and other deliverables. Stakeholder Mapping: Help identify and categorize key government and community stakeholders relevant to ongoing initiatives Monitoring Developments: Track relevant legislation, regulations, and news affecting the company’s operations and prepare summaries for the team. Strategic Planning Assistance: Contribute to specific projects related to our annual strategy and operating plansQualifications:
Currently enrolled in a 4-year Bachelor's degree program in Political Science, International Relations, Business, or a related degree. Must be willing to be based in South Florida from June 2nd – August 8th, 2025 A minimum cumulative 3.2 GPA is preferred Must have authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis Strong analytical skills Self-driven and motivated Exceptional communication skills (both oral and written) Emulates pride, passion and commitment for their job and conveys excitement and enthusiasm for RCL.
