KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position plays a critical role on the Entertainment Artistic Integrity team by creating and supporting projects that encompass the continued development of sustainability and longevity of over 150 productions. The day to day actions of this position include but are not limited to:
Design and build reports, decks, contract templates, presentations, and documentation to support projects lead by Artistic Integrity management and Creative Teams using applications including: Smartsheets, Power Point, Canva, Excel, DocuSign, CTMS, StageWrite, Microsoft Word, Sharepoint, etc. Collaborate cohesively across multiple entertainment teams to ensure structure development of projects aligns with overarching goal of entertainment department: Artistic Integrity, Studio Operations, Technical Operations, Casting, Wardrobe, Guest Entertainment, New Build, etc. Source and digitize archived Production Artistic Integrity resource materials to facilitate growth in company access. Understand, action, and organize digital content in a digital database that best supports shoreside and onboard usage needs. Identify the need for the building and development of new resource materials to support Show Artistic Integrity. Prepare weekly update for Artistic Integrity management. Action procedures necessary to accomplish identified needs, as advised by Artistic Integrity management. Create, combine and organize quarterly insurance reports from CTMS, WMS, and EMS. Monitor maintenance of these reports, analyzing larger reports for various departments. Monitor timely reporting of our Broadway licensed performances and facilitate sharing analytics with Artistic Integrity management and RCG Entertainment Legal dept. Analyze potential schedule for onboard projects that pertain to non-forecasted Show Artistic Integrity maintenance. Action documentation for vendor teams hired to resolve Show Artistic Integrity maintenance projects onboard our ships. Emphasis on contracting; may also include booking travel and FVR/ECC accommodations onboard. Review and create contracts for new roles for the Creative Talent team of installers. Review and submit travel requests for approval and reach out to management for any expedited requests. Book travel for Production team members through Concur Solutions (flight, car, & hotel). Coordinate with Corporate Travel Services for any travel issues, discrepancies, and urgencies. Coordinate medical appointments with cast and medical teams. Request ECCR for production teams for all cast changes. Performs other duties as required.

The role must have the ability to think critically, use independent judgment and exercise key decision-making and project management skills. Must have excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to communicate in a multicultural environment with all levels of employees and management. Ability to read and interpret business documents as well as to write and generate reports and procedures. Proficiency of Entertainment knowledge used in the production and implementation of all Entertainment matters.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
4 year College degree or industry experience. At least two plus years’ administrative experience . Cruise industry experience both in shipboard and shore side are a plus. Experience in Sharepoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Smartsheet. Must have good problem-solving skills and ability to manage last minute emergencies in a calm and organized manner. Able to work long hours and weekends when required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
While performing job functions the employee is regularly required to sit, and stand, write, review and type reports, compile data, operate a pc, communicate, listen, and assess information. The employee may move about the office complex, may travel to other office locations and may lift, push, pull or move 10-15 pounds. Visual requirements include distant, close and color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
WORKING CONDITIONS
The work environment for this position can be loud at times due to high level of music required for run-throughs of production shows. A high noise level is possible if visiting shipboard or offsite locations.
