This role is responsible for design and creation of new automation solutions and maintenance of already existing solutions in selected tools (UiPath, Power Platform, VBA, etc.) for finance teams e.g. Treasury, Payroll, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and others. Cooperates with other innovation members and IT department.

This role does not have any direct reports and reports to Automations Development and Governance Manager

Responsibilities:
Consult, design and create automation solutions and enhancements, for example: Power Apps to collect and edit information provided by users, Robotics Process Automation to make data entries on behalf of business users, Interactive Power BI dashboardsProvide support and maintenance of existing automatization solutionsCollaborate with wider finance teams to support them or to gain their support on a cross departmental projectsCooperate with IT department in necessary design and maintenance tasksContinually seeking new knowledge and skills as well as developing existing capabilities of selfProvide regular updates to Innovation Leads, Ops Optimization manager and finance department heads with status updates on automation solutions in developmentServe as solution advisor for other finance teams when considering and designing new solutionsBe an active member of an internal trainer community and share your knowledge to other colleagues
Qualifications:
University degree or studying from Finance, IT or similarStrong analytical abilities and debugging/troubleshooting skillsPower Apps knowledge or experience requiredOther Power Platform tools knowledge is a plus (Power Automate, Power Query)Additional experience in another tool is a plusGeneral knowledge of finance and shared services operations and principles is a plusExperience with ERP systems is a plusWritten and Verbal communication in English B2
