In our Order Management team, part of the OEX (Order Experience Operations) department, we are the first point of contact for the customer, mainly regarding the management of their new and existing orders. 

We are looking for a communicative person with a customer-first approach and essential technical skills, that would be eager to join us in finding effective ways how to provide the highest-level service to our clients. 

Responsibilities:
May act as a representative of the CPS team in cross functional projectsMay generate reports and perform simply analysis / interpretation of system data at the customer, regional or product line level for internal useMay contribute to process improvement through identification of opportunity areas and proactive contribution to improvement discussionsEngages management as required for assistance in addressing new or complex issuesAdheres to OEX customer strategy, leads by example and follows our customer principlesDelivers a positive ordering and invoicing experience to our customers and partners
Qualifications:
Student of economic school, social studies or relatedCommunicative English, any other language (Spanish, French, Italian) is an advantageData entry skills with attention to detail and qualityBeginner level skills in Microsoft business applications including Word, Excel and OutlookCustomer service values and orientationStrong communication skills (listening, providing clear and concise information, using accurate language and grammar)
