The Quality Assurance Team supports the Order Experience Organization (OEX) with quality improvements efforts by conducting quality audit checks, ensuring control of quality check consistency, and analyzing both quality data and audit results. The Quality Data Analyst position within the team primarily focuses on enhancing the reporting capabilities by focus on data analysis and offering deeper insights into the available audit results and related PBI dashboards in co-operation with the OEX reporting team.

Working hours 20 - 40 hours/week

Responsibilities:
Develops reports and analyzes for data accuracy.Analyzes root quality issues and makes recommendations to more senior staff for resolution.Provides analysis on business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers.Cooperation with reporting team (in Power Bi)Can synthesize complex data into themes, stories and recommendations.
Qualifications:
Student of economy related field or IT (finance, accounting, business and similar)Microsoft Excel and Power Bi – intermediate skillIntellectual curiosity with a strong desire to learn and growStrong problem-solving abilities and analytical skillsEffective verbal and written communication skillsAbility to collaborate as part of the teamProficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)
