This 10-week, hands-on learning program offers:

Comprehensive development courses on topics like conflict resolution and effective feedback. Exposure to executive leadership, including Directors, VPs, and Board Members. Job Overview:

This role is designed for a detail-oriented and highly organized individual looking to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources. The HR Operations Intern will assist with essential HR processes and contribute to the efficiency of HR operations.

Responsibilities:

Support preboarding activities, including monitoring background checks and verifying onboarding documentation.

Assist with the hiring process and respond to incoming inquiries via phone and email.

Contribute to HR audits and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Assist with processing terminations and employee status changes.

Provide support with daily tasks to assist during the peak season ramp-up.

If workload permits, contribute to research and development of a new employee change workflow within our HRIS.

Assist with any ad hoc requests or system/process improvements.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with team members, management, and employees.

Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to Detail: Ability to handle sensitive HR data with accuracy and precision.

Problem-Solving: Quick thinking to address HR-related issues and contribute to solutions.

Teamwork: Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.

Confidentiality: Understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality in HR matters.

Time Management: Ability to manage time efficiently, especially when working on multiple projects.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree (expected graduation in Winter 2025 or Spring 2026). Previous internship experience in retail, consumer products, or manufacturing environments is preferred. Ability to work from our Phoenix, AZ headquarters Tuesday–Thursday (Out-of-state students are welcome to apply if they can attend in-office days). Authorization to work in the United States. Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a passion for driving results. Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods. Moderate lifting of office supplies and equipment as needed.
