Functional learning and professional growth within your department.SUMMARY: Stellar Manufacturing is a leader in chemical manufacturing, specializing in granulation, tableting, and compaction processes. We take pride in our commitment to safety, quality, and innovation. Our summer internship program provides students with hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, allowing them to apply classroom knowledge to real-world operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in policy and procedure writing to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. Conduct data analysis to support production efficiency improvements. Collaborate with production supervisors and engineers on process optimization projects. Participate in safety audits and contribute to workplace safety initiatives. Support documentation and reporting on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Engage with cross-functional teams to understand and improve manufacturing workflows. Provide general administrative support for production operations as needed.QUALIFICATIONS:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Strong writing skills with experience in technical or policy writing preferred. Ability to analyze data and present findings effectively. Interest in manufacturing processes and operational efficiency. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).WHAT THE CANDIDATE CAN EXPECT:
