We hope you will enjoy learning more about what we do. ​​​​​​​ Global Capital Markets (GCM): Global Capital Markets (GCM) is comprised of three solution offerings: Agency Services, Trustee Services, and Entity Management. ​​​​​​​ The GCM team works with decision-makers representing major global institutions to provide corporate trust & agency solutions, in addition to custody, entity management, back office, and administrative services. We take the position of trustee and rarely exercise any discretion or act as fiduciaries. GCM has offices throughout the U.S. and in The United Kingdom, Germany, and Ireland. These European locations are integral to our global offering as we are able to take advantage of specific country laws that benefit our clients. Delivered through seamless execution. Although our solutions may apply to a specific deal, our desire is to be the trustee of choice for every transaction. **Primary Responsibilities:** + Complete duties and responsibilities of an entry-level professional nature specific to assigned area of the Bank. + Ensure activities adhere to established internal policies and external regulations as applicable. + Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management. + Design, implement, maintain and enhance internal controls to mitigate risk on an ongoing basis.
