Job Overview:
Join Leslie’s as an Omni Support Intern and gain hands-on experience in Omni-channel operations, performance tracking, and customer satisfaction. This 10-week internship offers exposure to e-commerce, retail, and logistics operations, providing valuable insights into asset utilization and execution strategies.
You’ll work with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience, optimize Omni-channel processes, and contribute to the success of Leslie’s digital and physical retail strategy.

10-week program, with weekly schedule Monday-Thursday. Program specific training and development through orientation, skills workshops, and hands-on learning. Exposure to Senior leadership through a team project where interns will work cross-departmentally to address a real-life opportunities within our business. Interns will deliver final presentations to leaders across the organization at the completion of the program. Functional learning and professional growth within your designated business area.Responsibilities:
Analyze Omni performance data to identify opportunities for improvement. Assist in tracking and optimizing asset utilization and execution. Develop and recommend strategies to enhance Omni experience and customer satisfaction. Use Excel to track and report on key performance metrics. Monitor customer engagement and provide insights to improve Omni operations. Support reporting on execution strategies to ensure seamless customer experiences. Work with cross-functional teams, including logistics, store operations, and digital teams. Assist in customer support initiatives, ensuring a seamless Omni experience. Present data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership at the end of the internship.Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree. (expected graduation no later than Spring 2026). Previous business internship experience preferred. Ability to work at the Phoenix, AZ corporate office on in-person days. (Out-of-state students are welcome to apply if they can attend in-office days) Authorization to work in the United States.
