Responsibilities Areas of Study: Marketing Information Technology Data Analytics Safety and Emergency Management Regulatory Compliance Environmental Services Energy Business Administration WHAT YOU WILL LEARN: All aspects of the facilities maintenance industry and how they support the overall success of healthcare facilities. How Marketing, IT, Data Analytics, Safety and Emergency Management, Regulatory Compliance, Environmental Services, Energy, and Business Administration partner and interconnect in order to move the business forward. Valuable project management and process improvement skills. How to develop and deliver meaningful presentations, including managing interactions with senior leadership. Key time management skills, including goal setting and prioritization. You will be working with a senior leader within our organization as a mentor. Through this relationship, you will learn how to leverage a mentoring relationship inside a dynamic business environment. Qualifications WHAT WE REQUIRE: Must be a full-time enrolled student pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree Must have completed Sophomore year of college Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite A genuine interest in health-care and facilities management Positive attitude and eagerness to learn Availability for summer work beginning in mid-May 2025 and continuing through mid-August 2025 Must be able to complete 40 hours per week Minimum GPA Required: 3.0
