2025 Summer IT Security Intern

Responsible for managing contractor\-to\-employee conversions, access management, security awareness initiatives, and phishing prevention\. Ensures smooth onboarding, security compliance, and employee training\.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Operational support for SailPoint IIQ \(IIQ\)
+ **D** **ata configurations** supporting access management/application configurations\.
+ **R** **eporting** including ad\-hoc IIQ reports as well as monthly account and role reconciliation\.
+ **A** **ccount management** including duplicate account review, uncorrelated account review, monthly contractorreconciliation\.
+ **C** **oordination** of contractor\-to employee ID/email conversion, rehire, leave of absence and contractor accidental termination processes\.
+ Collection/creation of monthly IAM **metrics** **\.**
+ Develop and publish **security awareness articles** for the company\.
+ **Set up** **phishing simulations** to test employee awareness\.
+ **Manage r** **eport** **ing** **on phishing trends** \.
+ Developfirst round **security training sessions** for the department\.
**Skills & Qualifications:**
+ Experienceor educationin IT security, access management, and security awareness\.
+ Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills\.
+ Knowledge of IAM systems, phishing simulations,PowerBI, Fieldglass, and TempConnect\.
This role plays a critical part in both IT access security and cybersecurity awareness, ensuring employees are trained and systemsremainsecure\.
