Over the course of 10-12 weeks, a Microsoft 365 Support Engineer Intern, you'll work in the Garner Headquarters located in Garner, North Carolina.  The Microsoft 365 Support Engineer Intern will work closely with our senior M365 Engineer, receiving mentorship and guidance to support various Microsoft 365 services and tools, focusing on SharePoint, Teams, Office Online, with learning opportunities in the Microsoft Power Platform. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience learning from an industry expert, while developing skills in a collaborative environment.

The program’s primary objective is to grow future leaders by providing professional development and a series of assignments that aligns with professional interest within the processing and manufacturing industry.

What you’ll do:

\n\nAssist in supporting some of Butterball’s Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, Teams, and Office Online.\nUtilize our support ticketing system to assist users, tracking troubleshooting and resolving of issues.\nDocument procedures, guides, and troubleshooting steps.\nCollaborate with the senior M365 Engineer to implement new team sites, features and solutions.\nParticipate in regular team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our Microsoft 365 online environment. \n\n

\n\nPursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with an expected graduation date of December 2025 through June 2026\nAll participants in this program are required to have a valid drivers’ license and reliable transportation to and from work.\nBasic understanding of Microsoft 365 services, toolsets and their functionalities.\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills  \nAbility to work in a team and learn quickly.\nEagerness to learn new technologies.  \n\n
