Over the course of 10-12 weeks, a Poultry Production Intern, you'll work in our processing plant located in Carthage, MO. You’ll dive into daily plant operations, tackle industry challenges, and contribute to process improvements.

The program’s primary objective is to grow future leaders by providing professional development and a series of assignments that aligns with professional interest within the processing and manufacturing industry.

\n\nMaster the ins and outs of food production.\nCollaborate with our team to optimize processes.\nContribute to quality assurance and food safety.\nDevelop your leadership skills by guiding and mentoring our first-line employees. \n\n

\n\nPursuing a Bachelors, Master or PhD in Agri-Business, Animal Science, Food Science, Meat Science, Ag Leadership or related field with an expected graduation date of December 2025 through June 2026\nAll participants in this program are required to have a valid drivers’ license and reliable transportation to and from work.\nDemonstrated participation in extracurricular activity\nDemonstrated involvement on-campus\nPrevious work experience of any kind \n\n
